Exhibition Booths

Order a presentation area for your exhibition booth to present your company or project at the Rostock Biofuels in Shipping Symposium. You can choose between:

SETUP 1: approx. 3 m² – e.g., roll-up banner, bar table, flyer display

SETUP 2: approx. 6 m² – e.g., exhibition wall, banquet table, exhibition items 

Please note that you must book separate tickets for the booth staff. They can attend all conference activities as full participants. Please let us know which equipment you require at the stand in the checkout process. 

To be listed as an exhibitor on the conference homepage, please send your company logo to be published as a vector graphic or alternatively in at least 300 dpi and the website to be linked to conference@fvtr.de. For further coordination regarding the logo etc., a contact person must be named.
