Exhibition Booths

Order a presentation area for your exhibition booth to present your company or project at the 9th Rostock Large Engine Symposium!

Booking an exhibition stand includes a participation ticket for one person attending the conference.

The standard exhibition booth measures 2m in depth and 3m in width. Up to a width of 6m you will find corresponding booking options below. If you need more space, simply contact us.

Please let us know which equipment you require at the stand in the checkout process.

You can also request a desired location for your booth, free areas are highlighted in orange on the plan down below.

To be listed as an exhibitor on the conference homepage, please send the logo to be published as a vector graphic or alternatively in at least 300 dpi and the website to be linked to conference@fvtr.de.

We have reserved rooms with special conditions for conference guests at the Yachthafenresidenz Hohe Düne. You will receive all hotel booking information after successful registration to the conference. Please note: The room block is limited and expires on August 18, 2026!
